        Why Inflection Point Law

        I chose the name Inflection Point Law because an inflection point is an event that results in a significant change in the progress of a company that is considered a turning point after which a dramatic change results.  Inflection points are more significant than the day-to-day progress typically made, and the effects of the change are well known and widespread. I am honored that my clients trust me to assist them with legal matters that lead to inflection points in their businesses.

        I provide corporate and transactional legal services. My target clients are entrepreneurs, early stage to mid-sized companies whose businesses are related to technology, software, manufacturing, engineering, construction or professional services.
